How to Register
To register for an item, drag it and drop it to the space that says “Shopping Bag” in the upper right-hand corner. Once you’ve successfully added an item to the Shopping Bag, the item will have a blue check-mark next to it. When you have registered for everything, click on “Open Bag” to complete your registration with payment.
Don’t Forget to Register for…
- Meals: If you want to eat meals on-site, please register and pay in advance for each meal you’ll be having.
- Parking: If you’re parking on-site, you’ll need a pass.
- Children: Kids need to be registered, too!
- Post-Celebration Retreat: Taking and Giving retreat in Atlanta on the Monday and Tuesday after the Celebration.
- On-Site Accommodations: Limited on-site accommodations are available on a first come, first serve basis. PLEASE NOTE: As on-site accommodations are quite limited, priority will be given to those booking for both nights of the celebration. If you book a room or dorm for only one night, you will automatically be placed upon a wait-list.
- Other Stuff: You can purchase raffle tickets, recordings, and Celebration t-shirts in advance.
Staying Off-Site?
Bookings cannot be transferred to any other person. A minimum non-refundable deposit is required to secure your registration. This will be an option under “General Registration” section.
You will receive a letter confirming the details of your booking and payment. Please keep this safe and bring it with you to the Celebration. If you are not able to show your confirmation letter you will be required to show some form of photographic identification in order to register.
Refund Policy: If you cancel before the start of the Celebration we will refund all except the minimum non-refundable deposit. Once the Celebration has started, no refunds are given if you cancel all or part. Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT International Temples Fund.
Please select your accommodation and then choose your meal options. Full payment in advance is required to book on-site accommodations, meals, and parking passes.
On-site Accommodations are very limited and priority will be given to those who book for the whole of the Celebration. Full payment in advance is required to book on-site accommodations.
Early Arrivals and Late Stays: If you need to stay before or after the Celebration, Camping and Dormitory accommodation are available.
Parking Passes: There is a charge of $10 per car for on-site parking.
